I tried to get one review of each line posted, so you could see the difference in the way the different cruise lines do things.

Along with that, since Princess is my favorite, there are also reviews of my various different Princess cruises.   The Sun Princess was my first Princess cruise, so if you're looking to go on your first Princess cruise, look there for a description of the Personal Choice dining.

Also, the Diamond Princess review will help you if you're going on either the Diamond or Sapphire Princess.

Lastly, if you're looking for something that will be both educational re: a 7-night round-trip Seattle Alaskan cruise, and SUPER fun to read, check out the Sapphire Cruise Journals.  My clients Rex & Pam of Atlanta, GA, wrote an extensive journal as they cruised the Sapphire Princess's first two cruises.
