Leo is enrolled in the Accredited Cruise Counsellor (ACC) program with the Cruise Lines International Association and takes classes whenever possible to quickly expand his cruise and land vacation knowledge.

Leo also is enrolled in the Princess Cruises Expert program, the Cunard Line Expert Program and the Celebrity Cruises Expert program.

Carole has graduated the Princess Cruises and Cunard Line Expert programs and, like Suzy, is a graduate of the highest the Commodore level.
